A company I am building a web app for delivers goods from stores around town to customers. The company is not able to use a product menu and shopping cart system as prices change too often to maintain. The ideal scenario is:

1. Customer places order on app and fills in creditcard details - they are not charged yet
2. Driver receives order on his phone app and goes to that shop to purchase items
3. He gets to the counter who then say it costs $59.00, he then pulls out his app, types $59 and pushes "Pay" and it attempts to charge the customer
4. If it works, he pays for the goods and delivers them. If not, he doesn't pay for unpaid goods :)

What would be the most efficient and cheapest option for this using PayPal?
