I had to migrate my old app to a new version of the ASP.NET framework. I created a new app and imported the PayPal WSDL from here: https://www.paypal.c.../PayPalSvc.wsdl. I recreated my app with the new framework (4.5) and now see an entry in my web.config that looks like this:

<applicationSettings>
    <MyAppMy.MySettings>
        <setting name="MyApp_ppSvc_PayPalAPIInterfaceService1" serializeAs="String">
            <value>https://api. sandbox.paypal.com/2.0/</value>
        </setting>
        <setting name="MyApp_ppSvc_PayPalAPIInterfaceService" serializeAs="String">
            <value>https://api. sandbox.paypal.com/2.0/</value>
        </setting>
    </MyAppMy.MySettings>
</applicationSettings>

I didn't put these entries in the Web.config, but, what concerns me is that they point to the "sandbox" - this is a "live" app and should be pointing to the production API.

Does anyone know what these entries are and why they are pointing to the sandbox??
