I am looking for some ideas on how to create something that hand holds / encourages first time customers (instead of having them drop off inside the PayPal process) when they get confused by the ‘International signup’ and ‘$1.95 - PayPal is Free’.
I am wondering if I can call a help window as I call the shopping cart, and keep the help in sync with the process, or if I need to create the complete front end from scratch.
We deal in a continuous use healthcare product for menopausal women and need to handle them very carefully.
