'shipping' field & Individual Items Cart

I have the following html code for my page and it was working fine before:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000">
<form name="order" method="post" action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr">
<input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_cart">
<input type="hidden" name="upload" value="1">
<input type="hidden" name="business" value="firstname.lastname@example.org">
<input type="hidden" name="item_name_1" value="My Product">
<input type="hidden" name="item_number_1" value="01">
<input type="hidden" name="amount_1" value="10.95">
<input type="hidden" name="quantity_1" value="1">
<input type="hidden" name="shipping_1" value="5.55">
<input type="submit" name="Submit" value="Submit">
For whatever reason it doesn't work anymore, the amount to be charged for shipping ($5.55) doesn't appear in the shopping cart.
Did PayPal change anything? Got any ideas?

Something to watch out for is that they moved it to the final screen that you cannot see when testing with your own ID. You ned to make an order and see what happens. Does it show up in the final amount billed?
You might also find some company up in the shopping cart forum.

Yes, I see that they have clobbered it.
I'm testing not with my own ID. When I'm trying to pay it doesn't mention that a shipping fee will be charged neither on Payment Details page nor on the next page where I should hit "Pay" button. Really weird.
Testing it I got this:
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Premature end of script headers: webscr
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster

Apache/2.0.40 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.40 OpenSSL/0.9.6e DAV/2"
Third, sometimes it says "Shipping & Handling: $3.55". I have no idea why 3.55 because another value for shipping has been passed.

Just ran a test on my cart interface examples, and they all work. There is no problem with shipping that I can see. We use slightly different interfaces, but I am not selecting a non-US country (letting everything default.)
That last one uses the "upload" feature.
I notice that you do not specify a currency or country code. I let it default and have no problems. With the "upload" feature and no country code specified PayPal can only be working off your cookies. I suggest a test where you delete ALL your cookies and try again. If it works the first time, then the problem is cookie related.
I mention cookies because PayPal_pb hinted (at one time) that the way to calculate what country code was used was going to be contained within cookies. So, delete your cookies and see what happens. If the problem goes away, PLEASE POST THE RESULT BACK. So we know what is going on.
