I have a US PayPal account and associates in a PayPal-unsupported country. Can I create a new user under my account to let my associate view the account from his country?

Thanks.

Generally, yes. But our system does monitor IPs and may ask for additional information in some situations. You might contact customer service about your specific situation.

Thanks for the info! I called customer service, and they give me a shaky "no". I know a few people who are doing this. The country in question is Thailand, and I need my partner to see paid orders at least and to issue refunds and send money requests at most.

I know that someone using a US account in a non-supported country will be presented with screens of questions and ultimately a page that asks for approval to use the account from that country. I want to be sure that even after this screen an account will not be flagged.

Thanks for your time.
