BUG:

When paying with paypal when you don't have an account, you need to fill in all the list..
When you are NOT from the US, you have to fill in your CREDIT-CARD-VERIFICATION-CODE (Also called CCV2 in the paypal system).

Well...:

When we prepost all our data (also these sneaky unsupported ones);
country_code=NL
card_type=V
state=Noord-Holland
citizenship=NL

Then we DO NOT see the Card Verification Code, you really have to SELECT the CREDIT CARD TYPE again to see the input box!!

I know the values country_code and card_type are unsupported but we don't want to let the customer add them again, since we already know it in our shop. Can it be so hard to let paypal CHECK if the customer if from OUTSIDE the US BEFORE drawing the input box to the screen ?

I think there is NO action done (bug: action is skipped) when you prepost the cardtype to check for NON-US customer and ADD the CARD-VERIFICATION-INPUT box.

Please fix this... (?)
