Wonder Twin Powers Activate!

Just kidding. I've got a custom shopping cart that I'd like to link to PayPay's secure credit card processing site. The issue is, how exactly does one go about passing all the variables it requires (item_name_x, item_number_x, etc) if it's buried as a series of rows in a datagrid, in one form, as is standard for ASP.NET? And, is there a way I can test this code w/o charging my credit card? I haven't seen any concrete examples on this site or on Google. I'm using C#.

Here's the culprit datagrid in question:

<asp:DataGrid id="MyDataGrid" AutoGenerateColumns="false" runat="server">
<Columns>
<asp:BoundColumn Visible=True HeaderText="Item#" DataField="WineID" />
<asp:BoundColumn HeaderText="Wine" DataField="FullDesc" />
<asp:BoundColumn HeaderText="Quantity" DataField="Quantity" />
<asp:BoundColumn HeaderText="Price" DataField="UnitPrice" DataFormatString="{0:c}" />
<asp:BoundColumn HeaderText="Subtotal" DataField="ExtendedAmount" DataFormatString="{0:c}" />
</Columns>
</asp:DataGrid>

Thanks for any help you can provide...
