Tsting is performed on the live system. You can do small amounts (as little as $0.01) and process refunds.

Currently PayPal does not have a testing account or a testing credit card to use. We suggest setting up a Personal PayPal account with an active credit card for live testing. You can refund the payment back to the credit card so the testing is free and live so you know it works correctly for your customers.

I have a account, I tried and tested coding successfully as you suggested. But I am not able to refund my payment, my transaction status is showing "Completed". How do I refund ?

Find the payment details for the specific transaction and there will be a Refund link towards the bottom (up to 30 days after the payment was initiated).

I have already tried, but did not find the link. All the transactions is showing as "Completed" status.

Is there any specific link? or should I send you my mailid and password, if you send me your mailid.

Pre the 'Completed' link and you will find the refund hyperlink towards the bottom of the page.

It is hard to find, I guess because it is not a function that Paypal likes ;)
