When my test users return from PayPal, the return url throws up a Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /foo.html . The variables are passed from an initIPN.pl with ...
$vars = "cmd=_xclick-subscriptions&" .
"business=contact\@foo.com&" .
"a1=0.00&" .
"p1=1&" .
"t1=M&" .
"a3=0.00&" .
"p3=1&" .
"t3=Y&" .
"src=1&" .
"sra=1&" .
"custom=$user" . "&" .
"return=http://www.foo./xxx.html";

# redirect to paypal subscriptions
$cgiobject=new CGI;
$redirURL="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?" . $vars;
print $cgiobject->redirect($redirURL);
My host has no clues and the server error log doesn't help either, in fact this error seemed to appear ut of nowhere, without editing this side. Please help.
Thanking you in advance
Kate

When my test users return from PayPal, the return url also throws up a "Method Not Allowed The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /" Everything was working fine when I sold my products with the single purchase button, my customers were forwarded to the url I specifiied with no problem. After setting up a affiliate program hosted by "Myaff" the error mesage appeared, I have contacted them and have been double checking all of my source code for errors, but without much luck so far.

You may want to add the following tag to your code:

<input type="hidden" name="rm" value="1">

Thanks Stephen, this stuff is all new to me and I really appreciate the help. I've been teaching myself html and java and I find I learn much faster when peering over the expert's shoulder ;~))
I'll give this a go ans see what happens.
