Hello everyone,

I've got a quick question here, and I'm not exactly sure if I can get this out of PayPal or not.

Basically, I've got a site that sells goods. Now, when someone clicks the "buy" button on my site, it prompts them to pay via PayPal. Now, when I'm all done with that transaction, I want paypal to return me to my site, so the ASP page can deduct "one" from the inventory in the database.

I realize that I can put that code into the confirmation page, but what if the buyer doesn't click "continue shopping" or whatever the link is on the confirmation page? What if the buyer closes the confirmation page? Can I force the seller back to my site somehow?

Thanks for all of your help!

You can't force the buyer back to your site. You could consider using IPN to issue the "key" which would eliminate the reliance on the user clicking "Continue".
