I have my own shopping cart and do all calculations and want to use Paypal for transaction only. This is the code I am using at checkout page:

<form action="https://www.Paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_cart">
<input type="hidden" name="upload" value="1">
<input type="hidden" name="business" value="shida.sh@verizon.net">
<input type="hidden" name="Shipping" value="#shippingCost#">
<input type="hidden" name="Tax" value="#TaxTotal#">
<input type="hidden" name="amount" value="#Total#">
<cfset i=1>
<cfoutput query="session.orderlist">
<input type="hidden" name="item_name_#i#" value="#ItemName#">
<input type="hidden" name="item_number_#i#" value="#ItemNum#">
<input type="hidden" name="amount_#i#" value="#ItemTotal#">
<cfset i=i+1>
<input type="hidden" name="return" value="http://www.candlesquare.com/store/IPN.cfm">
<input type="hidden" name="notify_url" value="http://www.candlesquare.com/store/IPN.cfm">
<input type="hidden" name="cancel_return" value="http://www.candlesquare.com/store/ShoppingCart.cfm">
<input type="image" src="http://images.paypal.com/images/x-click-butcc.gif" name="submit">

and I get this error at the submit:

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.
Your shopping cart is empty.

Could someone help me on that?
Thanks in advance.

Make sure all amounts have zero or two decimal places (not one). Also, all of the "names" should be all lower case (e.g., "shipping").

This code looks suspiciously like something I want to do for a number of my clients. They want to use paypal due to its affordability, but they don't want to subject their buyers to PayPal's signup rigors. In fact, they would rather not see a paypal logo at all because they want it to be THEIR shopping cart, just as if they used Wells Fargo or Merchant Bankcard, they would need to show their logo.

Is this possible? I would bring a boatload of customers to use paypal's merchant services if it is.

Shida, can we have a look at your <form> after it is rendered into HTML?

Randy, that's not possible.
