I have formatted everything for paypal and my site is working great. It is accepting payments, processing them and issuing usernames and passwords for these newly suscribed members to be able to access the Members Only pages of the site. I have created a page in Front Page that allows them to enter the passwords which should in turn send them in the Members area. Big Problem---when the username and password is entered and the form is submitted, it takes them to this page:

FRONTPAGE RUN-TIME COMPONENT PAGE

You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to functions properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

CLICK THE <BACK> ARROW TO RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS PAGE.

Is there something that is not linked right or what?

Hey,

Well, I'm going to take a stab at this. I jsut read through a .htaccess article and this is what I came up with:

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>SUSY</TITLE>
<script language=javascript>

function Go(form)
{
var Secure = 'http://';

Secure += form.user.value;
Secure += ':';
Secure += form.password.value;
Secure += '@';
Secure += 'www.website.com/directory/'

window.location = Secure;

}
</script>
</HEAD>
<BODY>

<form>
<input type=text name=user>
<input type=text name=password>
<input type=button value=Enter onClick="Go(this.form)">
</form>

</BODY>
</HTML>

Let me know how this works.

Also, this is of topic -

But recently I think I hit some combonation of ctrl+a letter and now on a lot of website, the font is very, very tiny. Does anyone know how to reverse this?

Well, Just test it first:

cut and paste it into notepad and save it as a .html file.

Edit the line:

www.website.com/directory/

to point to the protected directory on your website.

Let me know if it works.

I put it on the server and it didn't work. Should it be in one of the folders? I 'm not sure what the problem is but the same message is coming up.
