Charging a client only after shipping the product Options

Hello,

I would like to know whether PayPal offers the facility to charge a client only after shipping the product in PayPal Express Checkout method. In order to be more precise in my question, below I've tried to explain my requirement in detail.

I would like to allow my users to shop and checkout through PayPal Express Checkout method in my eCommerce website and charge them only after I send out the product. I would like to know whether this is feasible using PayPal Express Checkout method.

I got the below URL from a gentleman called Skier and was able to find a solution to my problem.
