If you are having difficulties printing a postage label, you might be
experiencing a minor technical issue. Please clear cache and cookies from
your computer or try to use a different browser when printing a label.
Cache or Temporary Internet files are used when you return to previously
viewed web pages. If you experience difficulty viewing a web page, the
cache may be corrupted. In addition, if you do not clear your cache files
regularly, you may experience longer loading or browser closing times.
In order to improve your performance on the web and specifically while

To print your postage label:
1. Log in to your account at
www.paypal.co.uk2. Go to the 'Account Overview' page or click the 'History' tab near the
top of the page.
3. Find the relevant transaction and click ‘Print Postage Label’ in the
'Order status/Actions' column.
4. Complete the form.
5. After entering all your information for a package, you will be prompted
to print your postage label.
6. Once you have printed the label you will then be presented with a
‘Postage Label Completed’ screen. From here you can print a packing slip,
create multiple labels for the order, reprint or cancel the label, find
your nearest Post Office or return to your PayPal Account Overview page.
Please be sure to print your label straight away and use it within 24
hours.
You can even use this service if you receive a payment for an eBay item and
the customer did not pay with PayPal:
1. Log in to your 'My eBay' account
2. Find the item you want to post.
3. Under the 'Action' column of ‘Items I've Sold’, click on 'Print Postage
Label'.
4. Log in to PayPal to complete the label.
You can pay for postage labels with your PayPal account balance, with an
Instant Transfer from your bank account or with your credit card.
