I want to use the paypal adaptive parallel payment API, please help me out regarding the following query.

Query:

Suppose there is a Buyer say B1 bought products, of different sellers say S1, S2, S3, from http://mysite.com. Some part of money will go to site administrator say A1. If any of the seller is faulty i.e. if S2 does not deliver the item and B1 claims for Dispute Resolution then:

1) only sellers are claimed for the same or admin is also needed to pay the penalty.
2) how will site administrator handles it.
